Agreement Revisions

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME. PLEASE CHECK THESE TERMS PERIODICALLY FOR CHANGES. The date at the top will tell you, when the agreement has been updated. Any changes to the Agreement will be effective immediately for new and existing users.

License and Ownership Terms for Relate Audio Products

All items on our website and in our shop (Gumroad) such as loops, samples, .wav-files, libraries, sample packs, bundles, audio files, information, songs, computer code, graphics, text, music, pictures, etc. are protected by intellectual property laws.

All items such as loops, audio files, music, packs, sample libraries and everything else we offer on our website and in our shop are from here on referred to as our Products.

Use of our Products

Our Products are licensed to you, not sold.‍

By buying the license for a Relate Audio product you agree to our Terms of Use.

By buying the license for one of our Products we authorize you to use this Product at our discretion solely for your own internal and personal business purposes. Any other use is expressly prohibited.

By buying a license for one of our Products you are granted a perpetual right to use the Products in combination with other sounds in music productions to create new recordings. This right is not transferable and it is not exclusive. You are allowed to modify, edit, publicly perform, distribute, communicate to the public, sublicense and otherwise use our Products as embodied in a new recording. That also includes commercial purposes, except as prohibited below. You will own any original contributions made to the new recording that are not comprised of our product (for example added vocals or added instrumentation). You will not own our Products.

You are also granted the right to use the Products you obtain through our website and our shop for non-commercial and commercial use in creative works such as video games, film or television projects, radio shows and live performances – both isolated and as part of other musical arrangements.

You may download the samples listed on the product pages under „this is how it sounds“ and use them in accordance with the Terms of Use above.

Prohibited Uses.

You are not allowed to (1) resell or sublicense the Products in isolation as loops, sample libraries, sound effects or as source material for any other form of sample (even if you modify the Products), (2) sell, share, loan, lease, broadcast, distribute, sublicense, rent or transfer our Products to a third party except as incorporated into a new recording or other creative work as listed above; (3) redistribute Products in new sample packs; (4) use the images, pictures and photos and texts you find on our website to advertise or promote your creative work or new recordings without our written agreement. (5) credit the artists on our website in any way as featured artist in your new recording or creative work without our written agreement.

Term of Use concerning our „1-month-money-back-guarantee„

As stated on our the website we will refund the full price of a single product you obtained through our website or our shop within one month after you bought it’s license if you are not satisfied with it . One month = 30 days, day one is the day you obtained our Product. The 1-month-money-back guarantee can only be claimed once and for one product only, for example one sample pack. If you bought more than one licenses we will only refund the price of one of the products you obtained. The 1-month-money back-guarantee does not apply to bundles, combinations of products, special discount offers or any other combination of products. If you want to claim a refund send an email to david[@]relateaudio.com and attach the receipt of your purchase and your PayPal – or bank account.
